The correct way of brushing the teeth
Hold the brush at a 45-degree angle to your gums, with the bristles slightly below the gumline.
Use short, circular strokes to brush the outer surfaces of your teeth.
Use short, circular strokes to brush the inner surfaces of your teeth.
Tip: to brush the inner surface of front teeth, tilt the toothbrush vertically and sweep away from the gums using up and down motion.
Use short, back-and-forth strokes to brush the tops of your back teeth.
